As part of my role in Salesforce development, I was responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions tailored to business needs. This involved developing Apex Classes, building Lightning Web Components, and configuring Reports and Flows to enhance system functionality.
In addition to development, I managed Users, Permission Sets, and Profiles, ensuring appropriate access control within the Salesforce environment. I also provided issue resolution via ServiceNow, handling incidents and system modifications efficiently.
Collaboration played a key role in my responsibilities, as I worked closely with Prokarma directors and managers to gather requirements and implement solutions that aligned with business goals. This process involved continuous communication to refine and optimize the Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
