At Softtek, I worked as a Salesforce Developer on multiple high-impact projects for major financial clients, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

• Softtek’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (2019 – 2021)
  Focused on continuous learning, certifications, and hands-on experience with Salesforce. Used Salesforce Trailblazer for ongoing education and certification preparation. Assisted in the migration from Classic to Lightning and managed data migration from external databases. Created proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase Salesforce capabilities to potential clients.
• Salesforce Developer – Banorte (2020 – 2021)
  Assigned to a major project for developing a Salesforce Community for internal use. Focused on front-end development and custom functionality, creating Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript controllers. Developed Apex Classes to support the functionality of the LWC. Configured Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Custom Settings, and Process Builders to tailor the solution to business needs.
• Salesforce Developer – BBVA (2019 – 2020)
  Worked on a large-scale Salesforce migration and optimization project with two teams, focusing on data migration, system optimization, and custom functionality development. Migrated Salesforce components between two Salesforce Orgs and optimized Apex Classes and Test Classes. Provided support for the production environment, resolving incidents and implementing reports, dashboards, profiles, and permission sets. Focused on refactoring Salesforce objects to enhance performance and scalability. Worked within an Agile environment, emphasizing Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) best practices.
